Where are your items being shipped from?

Our items are shipped directly from the manufacturers in Japan (excluding our sake which are shipped only within NYC).

Why do you charge shipping after I buy the product?

Since our manufacturers are located all across Japan, we have them calculate the best possible shipping prices for your unique order and address.

What shipping services do you use?

We leave the majority of our products shipping with their manufacturers who will provide the most suitable shipping services for their products and region. Due to the current worldwide COVID-19 situation, certain shipping services have become unavailable which is why we decided to go with this process. We truly appreciate your understanding and are open to suggestions should any shipping cost issues arise.

Why are the sake products only available in New York City?

We deliver the sake directly to you ourselves! Our license is only based in New York as is our company, so we are only allowed to deliver New York City residents.

Can I see the product in-person?

Yes! You may visit our locations in New York City to view the product in person before buying. Please note that you must schedule and appointment with us at info@resobox.com so that we may have the product ready for you. Feel free to visit our Contact Us page to see our locations.

Do I need to pay any additional import duties, VAT, customs taxes, or local handling fees?

For higher priced products, you may be required to pay a tax before obtaining your package. Customs taxes and any possible handling fees are not included in the Grand Total of your order. The RESOBOX ONLINE STORE neither requests nor receives this money and is unable to control the amount.
