Tsurumiso Jouzo RYU Miso

RYU Miso, or barley miso, is an additive-free food made with soybeans, barley, and salt. This kind of miso is ideal for enhancing umami flavors in all kinds of food. It is also excellent for making miso soup, and many high-end restaurants in Japan use RYU Miso to make their soup stock. Tsurumiso Jouzo uses a unique fermentation process that can only be carried out in their red-brick factory, to ensure the best possible taste.
Each package contains 500g of RYU Miso, which will stay fresh for six months.
